Finally, I got tired of the oven we never use. My wife wanted a convection oven and induction cooktop like our home. Now we can put any oven we want in the bottom, use the top for cooking, coffee or charge station. We love it. Left gas hose in place so if someone wanted to refit in the future they could.
It worked out very well. We just got back from a 2,500-mile trip to Rochester, NY, where we camped at one park for 10 days and used both almost every day.
