I have little experience with Forest River employees. As you said, it is on the dealer side. From my point of view a sales person should know the product it is selling. Same as service persons should know the product they are servicing. The experience here is a disaster for both.
Have you been to an auto dealership, in the last 5 years?
I have, shopping for a truck and a car. Their salespeople are almost as unknowledgable as RV salespeople.
They know nothing about their products and even less technical knowledge.
RV salespeople have always been lousy but now I find that most auto salespeople are almost as bad.
