Hello,

My new to me 2015 Flagstaff Classic Super Lite has just started with an issue of the LP staying lit. I
hear it come on for a few minutes, then shut off. Water has been super hot this whole time.

Today, I hear it come on and about 3 seconds later it stops.
Sequence of events. I hear the igniter click and then the flame comes on. It stops, then a second or two I hear "click click click" and a poof sound. Then there is a flame in air hole in the J tube. Stays like that for a couple of seconds, then the main flame comes on, but that's when it loops to on for a few seconds... click click click ...poof.. flame in the J tube... etc.

The DSI light comes on during the click click click phase, but turns off when the main flame ignites...but when the main flame goes off after a few seconds, the DSI light is back on.

I tried pushing the reset button, but still same issue.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Jimisand

Have you cleaned the burner tube?
Insects and especially spider webs are a common issue creating what you described.

I can try that. Just seems odd that t's been working normally this whole week.

Moved thread from the TT/5th Wheel section's Flagstaff sub-forum to the Propane Systems sub-forum since the OP's issues aren't specific just Flagstaff.

Mine was doing that, I ended up having to swap out the electronic circuit board, accessible from inside the camper.
