I want to remove some of the "extra" decals from my TT (not the safety notices, I promise).

What's the safest way to get these off? I already tried the "fingernail and patience" method...no dice.

Thanks! IMG_20210222_145417517~2.jpegIMG_20210203_114744485~3.jpeg

Warm the stickers with a hair dryer and get one end lifted gently with a credit card type piece of plastic or a plastic scraper. The softened adhesive should make the sticker peel off easily. Clean up with a mild paint thinner or other mild solvent. Do not use a heat gun tool as it may get too hot.

I removed all 20 to 30 internal and external stickers the same day I brought my new motorhome home. I kept the RVIA and weight capacity stickers.

Really irritating they put all those stickers on and not make them simple peel off clings. Can you imagine buying a new car covered with bumper stickers? I won't even let a car dealer put dealership sticker on car. I tell them, if any stickers are on car when I go to pick it up, deal is off.

All the above, plus a 3M eraser wheel on a drill. Still, its virtually impossible to remove the "ghosting" if they've been on there a while.

Goo Gone is great stuff. I thought it was petroleum distillate based though. I love how easily it gets sap off your hands.

Put then in the sun on a warm day or use a heat gun. Then remove with a razor blade scraper. I have taken off a lot of them over the years.
