Tank Drains

I have a 2018 Sandpiper 401flx. I have a drain handle labeled tank 2 and don't know what it drains. Nothing ever comes out of it.

That looks like you've got 150 gallon grey water capacity.
Looking at the plans, it looks like the rig is prepped for washer/dryer connections. Do you have a clothes washer installed?
I suspect the third tank and handle are meant to handle the waste water from the washing machine.
