we have air dried our water systems, from front to rear outside shower, by passed and drained the hot water tank. Drained and blown out (compressed air) the fresh water and black tank. Left all the hot/cold valves open, poured rv antifreeze into all p traps and toilet for winterization.
Our question is while 15 A/120V ac power is supplied to our 30 A travel trailer do we need to keep the tank heater system energized? We are in southern Delaware where it is in the teens and low 20’s at night. 30’s-high 40’s daytime. Can we burn out the system leaving it energized all winter. We plan on covering our 26’ Mini Lite after the holidays. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

do we need to keep the tank heater system energized? . Can we burn out the system leaving it energized all winter.
You don't need to leave the tank heaters on. The rv antifreeze that you've put in the grey and black water tanks will keep anything remaining from freezing.

As stated above, not recommended to use them when tanks empty. And if tanks and water system is winterized you're just wasting hydro.
