I just de-winterized my Campsite Ultra 26th and when I push on the power button on the tankless hot water heater, nothing happens. I checked all breakers and I don't see one for the water heater. My propane is on. Is it only a propane heater? If so, where would I light a pilot? When I got the initial walk through at the dealer, the tech didn't show me any pilot lighting if I remember correctly. I think he already had it on and was producing hot water. Can someone answer this question for me? Thanks in advance.

It is fired by propane but controlled by DC electricity. I strongly doubt there is a pilot light.

You don't mention what brand but our Girard tankless, has 3 electrical switches.

One next to the water pump switch, one on the controller and another outside, on the unit.

Thank you DJ252 for the rapid response. Your answer led me to the unit outside. I don't have a switch on my control panel but there is one on the wall in the bathroom above the sink. As soon as I turned it on outside the inside switch beeped and had power. Problem solved. Thank you. I never had a tankless water heater and of course there is no model specific owners manual for Campsite Ultra. I didn't even know it was made by Forest River when I first purchased it. The dealer (camping world) didn't tell us they are exclusive to them. Thanks again.
