Turning passenger seat to swivel chair

I just purchased a Coachman Freelander 21qb. The front passenger seat doesn't swivel. I called the dealer. They can to the modification but they want $600 in labor. That seems very high priced. Any ideas where to go if I buy the part and have someone else do the work? Anyone else have this done?
