I'm finding that the stock Wafco 8955 just does not have the proper setting to recharge my batteries in a reasonable time (over 24 hr on AC). My research shows that the Progressive Dynamics Converter with charge wizard will recharge things at a higher rate and will shorten the time significantly as well as extend the life of the batteries (2 - T105's) I'm looking to upgrade my converter but in measuring the space where the original converter is installed, it is not big enough for adding the PD 9260 or PD 9270. There is a panel to the right of the converter (below the oven) that has some diamond shaped screws holding it in place, is that my best option. Both of the PD's have a 3 pronged plug, there are three wires that come down the left side of the existing converter that is wired into the 8955. Can I cut the 3 wires and splice in a female plug for the PD to plug into?
