Water hook up issue

I bought a 2021 Rockwood Freedom 1640ltd popup. Hooked hose from house to camper turned on the valve from house, water came out if faucet in camper and it was in off position. Help please!

Sounds like you might have a bad faucet. Do you have a shutoff valve under the faucet?

X2. I still struggle with remembering which was is off on my bathroom faucet and shower. It's backwards.

Agreed on the faucet operation. In ours, off is on, and on is off in my thinking. Strange. Thus I put labels on the shower and lav faucets. It makes life easier.

Also, I strongly suggest you ALWAYS place a pressure regulation between the house or campsite faucet and your hose to your camper.
