Water in cap

The factory has just told me that my 37FLL has passed PDI at the factory. They are ready to tow it back down here in Alabama. This is what they said:
pull cap moldings off & TPO moldings & TPO off, replace wood shims for TPO replace TPO & moldings, Inspected upper decking, no signs of water intrusion
I hope this helps someone else who has this same problem. I'm not even sure of what they are referring to. Maybe someone else can translate?
TPO is the rubber-like sheet that covers the roof.
Pull cap moldings=> Remove the moldings around the cap
Pull TPO moldings=> Remove the moldings at the edge of the TPO roofing
Pull TPO off=>Pull off the TPO which is cemented down.

Replace wood shims for TPO=>Replace thin wood wedged that were under the TPO. This is good since they were probably water-damaged.
Replace TPO=>Cement the TPO back on
Replace TPO moldings=>Put the moldings at the edge of the TPO roofing back on
Inspected upper decking, no sign of water intrusion=>We looked at the plywood under the TPO and it showed no sign of having been wet.

Does that help?

Yes, I didn't even know what TPO was!

So the cause of the leak was determined to be at this "bottom rail", which was determined to be loose.

I got my 37FLL back from the factory, where they failed to repair it.
It has rained two times since I got it back, and I have drained water from the nose of the RV on both occasions. This makes me wonder how they verified the repair at the factory.
Anyway, the saga continues. I'm asking for the purchase price to be refunded. It has been three years since I purchased the RV brand new. I took it to the dealer ten times and they could not fix it, so Forest River demanded that it be taken to the factory for repair. I unloaded all of my personal property from the RV, towed it to the dealer again (they refused to pick it up from my house), removed the batteries and my hitch adapter.
Then a couple of days ago I went to pick it up. Since it had rained the day before, the service manager tipped up the nose of the camper and observed the water running out. I'm glad he was there to see that. A couple of days later we had a thunderstorm and it leaked again.

A couple of Forest River guys stopped by my house last week on their way back from Florida and worked on my 37FLL water intrusion problem in my driveway. They worked on sealing around the starboard drip rail near the top of the RV in the front.
Everything they said and did made perfect sense, but I'm just amazed if that has not been attempted before. Seems like that would be the first thing a technician would try. This was the 12th attempt to fix this problem over a 3-year period.
Maybe it was leaking in two places before it went to the factory; I don't know. The factory people were confident that they found the issue and fixed it.
We get plenty of thunderstorms this time of year, so I should know within a few weeks if it has been fixed.
Every time they work on it, I get another 6 months of warranty coverage, for this issue alone.
