Water pump replacement

I have a 2022 forester that a might need. A water pump replacement. Pump is under the shower pan and looks like a bear to access. Any insight on techniques to make the job easy. Pump connections are on the back of the pump looking at it from the bathroom. no apparent room for pliers or wrenches. Any tricks of the trade would be appreciated.

What model Forester Class C do you have? From your question it appears you are not sure it needs the water pump replaced. What is it doing?

I have a 2022 forester that river forester model. Pump ran on a dry tank for 24 hours continuously. Doesn’t,t have the flow prior to the event and will probably only get worse
