Hello everyone. We just ordered a Flagstaff micro lite 22fbs from optimum RV in Florida. What should we expect for accessories that come with this rig. Would a sewer line, 30 amp cord or even a water line come with this? We are not getting the unit till April or May and we are just trying to be pro active in obtaining items before we pick it up. Thank you all.

The 30 amp cord is included. The sewer line & fresh water line are usually a dealer item to get you started. It comes has a small kit. Might have a few other items like the special (lol) toilet paper. It’s all the cheapest items they have so you will probably want to upgrade to better stuff down the road. Good luck with your new rig. I also order a new rig, Coachmen Apex 265 RBSS. I was also told April/May.

Setting up a rig for the first time, expect Amazon to beat a path to your door.

Day one you need.

Sewer and water lines. Tp. Batteries.

Then: Water tank sanitizer. Antifreeze if cold.

Adapters for shore power to 20 amps. Ems. Leveling pads. Non portable water hose. Rubber gloves. Bunji cords. Spare fuses. BBQ pit.

Adult drinks. Welcome mat for the stairs.

The list goes on. I recommend a trip to a nearby park for a long weekend near an Ace hardware store and Wallmart. Plan nothing but trying things out. Eating and drinking like royalty.

Our dealer included a 30A to 20A adapter, 25' drinking water hose, short waste water hose, package of disposable gloves, 4 pack of RV TP and a couple % off coupons for other accessories in a 5 gallon bucket.

I would ask the dealer what accessories they will throw in to complete the deal.
A power cord (usually 30 amp unless your rig is 50 amp) is/should be included with the unit. Almost everything else is an add on.
Even for the first run, you'll need:
*Water Hose --drinking water grade.
*Leveling blocks and blocks for the jack and stabilizers. These could be simply cut lengths of 2x6 wood, or you could spring for the plastic "lego" pads.
*Chocks for your wheels.
*Sewer hose and connections -- number of hoses needed depends on your black/gray tank set up. Suggest a couple of clear elbows.
*Separate garden hose to connect to the black tank flush if your unit has one.
*Surge protector.
*Water pressure regulator

That'll get you started -- additional things you'll find out depending on your preferences, lifestyle, and where and how you'll be camping.

Good Luck!
