What did you do to your camper today?

Got a cup holder mount for my iPad. Tested with my TT rear camera. HUGE view.
My TT camera is magnetic mount with a usb/solar charger. Had to screw on a steel plate to affix it. Only PITA is that I have to connect it with Wi-Fi (its own).

Cleaning and repacking prior to trip. Marked two totes clearly SEWER & WATER than I want to place on my rear rack, to lessen theft thoughts. POWER box will remain inside to save the copper.
Used a heat gun to try to straighten 10’ reinforced clear tubing that I set up for a suction hose for my transfer pump. The hose came rolled in about an 8” diameter. Cold snap made it worse.
Recycled a microphone soft case with foam that protected my batteries in shipping into a case for my EcoFlow River 2 Max.
Next on my TT agenda is testing the fridge on my inverter, awaiting slightly warmer weather. Considering using a cooler to keep things cold in transit, don’t like traveling with gas on.
Dug out my 7 gallon water jugs. Still have 5 or 6. They will travel in the truck bed along with the gas cans.

Replaced the tiny bathroom vent fan with a Hengs Vortex II for better air circulation.
Also dewinterized and sanitized the fresh water system, including the tank.
That also resulted in replacing the toilet fill valve which was now leaking. Glad I already had a toilet valve on hand just waiting for when a leak occurred; I already got a replacement to keep in my supplies.

Did Service A on the Sprinter. Oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, cabin filter. I haven't found a solid answer on whether the fuel filter is Service A or Service B. Either way, it's easy enough to just do it while in there for the oil change.

De-winterized the camper found multiple water leaks behind the Nautilus water center, found a total of four. Two lose thumb nuts, two required R&R of those stupid metal band clamps with screw clamps. I also removed weird short extender sections. In all I removed five of those metal band clamps.
If it was a bit warmer I'd be tempted to disconnect all the water connections on the Nautilus and redo them and untangle the factory mess behind the center. If I do that then the heater "ducts" would also be ripped out and replaced with ducts not dryer hose's. Be nice to have a large shed to store the camper in so I could work on it over the winter, but rather go camping then rebuilding.

Checked the air pressure in the tires, put freshly filled propane tanks on it, test fired the stove and oven and turned on the fridge as prep for the next trip.

Other than road lights and brakes, thats the last of the systems checks.

Traveled over 500 miles down the Appalachians.
Repacked all the last minute thrown in stuff for my trip.
Shifted a few heavy items to the truck. Along with less water hauled, I’m hoping to get nearer to the TT factory GVWR. Yes, I’m over. With upgraded springs, tires are my limiting factor, under that by 100# starting out.
Copying AussieMike, I’ve been running with my converter shut off. The solar is keeping the batteries at 100%+.

Yesterday.
Washed the winter crud and the spring pollen off it, then gave it a wipe down, with a hybrid ceramic spray.

Someone suggested Simple Green as a black steak remover. Good rec. Thank you.

Changed a tire in the campground. (The slide was in at the time, of course.) I saw a weird flat spot on one of the tires when hopping in and out of the truck while parking at the site. I don't think it's coincidental that the spot is closely associated with an unusual number of balance weights on the rim.

This will be a chance to field-test the Ford trailer TPMS sensor I installed on the spare. I have a $10 programmer I bought on Amazon that works on both "Ford" and "GM" sensors. The sensors on the trailer are a different frequency from those on the truck, which is how the truck distinguishes them.

That flat spot looks like a "drag" mark. I'd be checking the bearings on that hub before I put another tire on it? Just my 2 cents and I'm not a mechanic.

The clothes rod I added decided to fall down. The U shaped mount rotated and it just fell out. I originally thought it bounced out or flexed enough from bouncing to drop out but I cut the pole to a tight fit.
Still highly annoyed about the clothes hangers bouncing off. Can’t squeeze wires tighter cause its a 2 inch diameter wood dowel.

Repacked bearings, adjusted/cleaned brakes, checked exterior sealant. Battery goes back in this weekend

Took it out on the first trip of the season, after having replaced the leaf springs and tires.
It towed like a dream! As I was driving down the highway, I was thinking that it towed 100 times better, but probably really only 10 times better. It towed fine before, but was a bit bouncy. Seems better planted on the road now.
Replaced the 1750 lb. springs with 2200 lb., and replaced the Load Range C tires with LR D.
I followed TitanMike's (F150Mike:cool:) recommendation from another thread, and kept the tires at 50 psi, although the sidewall max for max load is 65 psi. Rode good, handled well, and TPMS showed that pressures and temperature stayed good.
Stopped at the CAT scale on the way, and had a trailer axle weight of 3240 + tongue weight of 580, for a total trailer weight of 3820. GVWR is 3944.
This was loaded for camping, tools, clothes, stocked refrigerator, 3/4 tank of fresh water (20 gals.) + 6 gallons in water heater, etc.
