What possible frame do I have? What weight goosebox?

Arctic Wolf 3660SUITE. I can't tell if its a Lippert 1621 or a BAL as there is a BAL sticker with a Norco part number and a BAL serial number. Apparently it has the 1621 bolt pattern as it has a Sidewinder on it for 1621.

I want to replace with a goosebox, GVWR is 14K, and there is a 16K or 20K choice, the sidewinder is a 20K, but do I actually need 20K?

If ordering from a site like Etrailer they will help you get the correct one. In my mind bigger is always better. Especially if you ever upgrade in the future and want to keep the hitch.

If I upgrade it will be to a smaller trailer! What I want to know is what frame the trailer has as there is conflicting information. The side of the trailer has NGX on it and the tag says BAL, so what frame is it? Dealer is good for shinola on this as well.

I can’t see your trailer tags but my 2015 Wildcat has an NGX (Next Generation) frame by BAL which is a Norco Industries brand. I dropped mine off at the Norco service center for frame repairs the last time I attended the Goshen International rally.
My pin box is by Mor/ryde. This won’t help with your numbers but it might help with company names.

As shown in my example, knowing who built your pin box tells you nothing about which company fabricated your frame. The Cherokee division knows based on your VIN.

OK I got it figured out. That tag with the Norco information is for the leveling system, thats the serial and part # for the NGX 4.4. Frame is not from BAL. Having that tag where it is, is confusing. Any pin box that fits 1621 bolt pattern will work.

Now, have to get Ford to replace the 5th wheel prep because my Curt 5th wheel doesn't fit, can only lock three of the 4 pucks, and there is an SSM out on it.
