What's Behind the Panel Above the Fridge in Rockwood Ultra Lite 2706WS?

I have a Rockwood Ultra Lite 2706WS and I’ve been curious as to what could be behind this panel above my fridge.

Does anybody happen to know what could be behind this panel? Really hoping someone knows before I go trying to bust it open.

Moved thread from the Modifications and Updates section to the TT/5th Wheel section's Rockwood sub-forum since the OP's questions are specific to a particular Rockwood model.
Hopefully other 2706WS owners will weigh in.

RV manufacturers traditionally put several loose screws, bits of plastic, and sawdust in these compartments. But storage space is storage space. A shame there are no doors.

I would go on the outside and remove the upper fridge panel (if it has one) and look up in there first

Let us know what you find!.

I'd expect the refrigerator to be electric only with no outside vents, just like at home. Likely lots of heat off the back but just like at home not super hot back or up there.

Chuck, a 2019 Rockwood probably has a 2-way fridge.

Thanks, I missed that was 2019. (Right there on the bottom of the page!) LP/AC fridge in a Roo will have a single intake grill on the outside wall and a stack on the roof that comes up thru or just behind that empty area.

Mine has a lower and an upper grill. But who knows. Maybe the Original poster will update us
