If looking at trucks prior to about 2016, Cummins is hands down most dependable. Once into 2017 and later, all 3 do a great job.
Now the real question is which one looks the best....Cummins again.
There's a ton of data on good, better, and best light diesels.
All have their dogs. Certain early (late 2008-2016) engines should be avoided. Easy enough to sort out. 'Fummins resolved Ford's early engine issues.
Cummins starting about 2011 offered a dependable, relatively simple engine without DEF injection, that offered stock 350 HP and huge torque. The price break in those older trucks can be useful....finding a nice one is not easy.
Don't be tempted to buy a deleted truck unless you're savvy (and can afford) enough to put it back stock should it become necessary. Or complete repairs on your own.
Them Rams is pretty trucks!
Giterdone!
My 2012 4x4 has been an excellent item.
